Luong Technologies (“us,” “we,” or “our”) operates the 1League mobile application and related websites (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our SMS Terms & Conditions where applicable to text messaging.

We collect several types of information for various purposes to provide and improve the Service.
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”), including but not limited to:
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Username
- Cell phone number (optional, for account verification and password recovery)
- Cookies and usage data
Usage Data
When you access the Service through a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device, device identifiers, IP address, mobile operating system, browser type, and other diagnostic data (“Usage Data”).
Tracking and Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies; however, some portions of the Service may not function properly without them.
SMS Text Messaging and Mobile Phone Numbers
If you choose to provide a cell phone number, we may send you transactional text messages related to your 1League account. This includes one-time verification codes, password reset links, and account recovery messages. These messages are part of our 1League Account Security SMS Program, described in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
We will never use your phone number to send spam, promotional messages, or advertisements. We do not operate marketing or promotional SMS campaigns. Messages are limited to account security and recovery purposes you request or authorize.
Message frequency varies based on your activity. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per verification or password reset request. We do not send recurring or scheduled marketing messages.
We will never sell, rent, lease, or trade your phone number to any third-party vendor for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We do not share your mobile number with data brokers or advertising networks.
To deliver SMS messages, we use telecommunications service providers (for example, Twilio) that process messages on our behalf solely to provide the Service. These providers are contractually required to use your information only for message delivery and related operational purposes, not for their own marketing.
Providing a phone number is optional unless you choose to use SMS-based account verification or password reset. You may decline to provide a number when prompted in the app. Standard message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms for opt-out instructions (including replying STOP).
Use of Data
Luong Technologies uses collected data to:
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Notify you about changes to our Service
- Allow you to participate in interactive features when you choose to do so
- Provide customer care and support
- Improve and analyze the Service
- Monitor usage and detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues
- Send transactional SMS messages you have opted in to receive
Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside your state, province, or country where data protection laws may differ. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we may transfer and process data in the United States.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of information represents your agreement to that transfer. We take steps reasonably necessary to ensure your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Disclosure of Data
Legal Requirements
We may disclose Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend the rights or property of Luong Technologies
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

Except as described above, for SMS delivery vendors acting on our behalf, or as required by law, we do not sell or disclose your phone number to third parties.
Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services, or assist us in analyzing how the Service is used. These parties have access to Personal Data only to perform tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

Our Service may contain links to other sites not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we learn we have collected Personal Data from a child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
